Tebex

What somebody has spent on your server is context your staff do not otherwise have when they are deciding what to do about them. Connect your store and a player’s purchases sit on their record, beside their reports and their bans — and a reference from a receipt finds the player it belongs to.

What FiveStaff reads

  • What was bought, what it cost and when
  • Whether the money stayed, so a refund or a chargeback shows as one
  • The buyer as your store knows them, which is how a sale is matched to a player
  • A transaction found by the reference on a player’s receipt

What staff can change

  • Nothing — there is no framework data to write.

Every one of these goes through the same pipeline as a ban: permission-checked, written to the audit log with what it was before, and revertible in one tap.

It only ever reads

FiveStaff cannot refund, re-run a command or change a package with your store key. There is no code in it that writes to Tebex at all — a staff panel that could spend or unspend a customer’s money is a liability nobody asked for.

A donation is context, not a defence

The panel states what somebody bought and offers no opinion about it. It is there because you would rather hear about the eighty pounds before the refund request than after, and it sits behind its own permission so you choose who sees it.

Matching depends on what your store asks for

A sale is matched to a player by the identifier your store records at checkout, so a store that asks for a Steam id matches players who connect with Steam. Anything we cannot place is still kept and still searchable by reference, and can be attached to a player by hand.
