The short version
This website sets no cookies. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind — which is why you were not asked to agree to any.
The staff panel and the ban appeal portal do set a couple, because you sign in to those and something has to remember that. Those are the kind the law calls strictly necessary, and they are listed below.
This box is a summary for convenience and is not part of the agreement. Where it and the wording below differ, the wording below is what applies.
1. fivestaff.gg
This site is a set of pages that are the same for everybody. It has no sign-in, no forms and no embedded third-party content, so it has nothing to remember about you and sets no cookies and no local storage.
We run no analytics on it. We do not know which pages you visited, we have not given your visit to an advertising network, and there is no banner on this site because there is nothing here to consent to.
Our web server and Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, keep ordinary request logs for a few days to keep the site up and to stop abuse. Those are not cookies and they are not used to build a profile of you.
2. The staff panel and the appeal portal
You sign in to the panel at panel.fivestaff.gg and to the appeal portal at fivestaff.app. Both set cookies that are strictly necessary to do that, which under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations do not need consent:

These are first-party cookies. We do not set any third-party cookie anywhere on FiveStaff, and no part of FiveStaff loads an advertising or analytics script.
3. Signing in with Discord
Signing in sends you to Discord, which sets its own cookies under its own policy — we have no control over those and do not receive them. Once Discord sends you back, what we hold is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Controlling cookies anyway
Every browser lets you see and delete cookies, and block them. Blocking them on this site changes nothing. Blocking them on the panel or the appeal portal will stop you being able to sign in, because the cookie is how signing in works.
5. If this changes
If we ever add something to this site that sets a cookie which is not strictly necessary — analytics, for instance — we will ask you before it is set, and this page will say so before it happens.
