Bans

A ban that holds, and an appeal that is not a DM

Ban on every identifier a player has used, with a reason they see when they try to come back. They appeal on a separate site, in a form, and your team answers it in one place instead of in six separate direct messages.

It holds when we are not there

Your server keeps its own copy of who is banned, and the resource ships with one already in it. A banned player stays out through an outage, a fresh install and a host that will not let the resource write to disk.

Appeals on their own site

A banned player signs in with Discord at an address you can put in the ban message, and submits an appeal. Nobody needs to be in your Discord to appeal, and nobody has to read it at two in the morning.

Temporary, permanent, and lifted

A ban can expire on its own, and lifting one is an action on the record like any other — with the reason it was lifted, which is the part a staff team argues about a month later.

A shared list, if you want it

Opt in and a cheater banned on one server can be refused on yours before they have done anything to you. Opt out and nothing leaves your server.

All of it comes with the same install

There is nothing to add on and nothing per member of staff. The free plan seats 3 and keeps 30 days of history; Pro seats everybody, keeps 12 months, and adds live view and calls.

Try bans and appeals on your own server
