Prices are in pounds sterling. Any tax that applies is worked out and shown at the checkout before you pay. A network of servers pays per server, because that is the part that costs us something to run.

What happens when
What counts as a server?
One FiveM server with its own players. If you run three, that is three — each has its own staff, its own records and its own resource talking to us.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep your account and so do as many staff as the free plan seats, longest-serving first. The rest are deactivated rather than deleted, so nothing is lost if you come back. History drops back to 30 days, and you are told by email, in the panel and by push before anything older is removed.
Is there a trial?
No, because the free plan is not a trial: it does not expire, and it does everything except live view and setting up an unfamiliar framework automatically. If you want to see the paid part, take a month of Pro and cancel.
Really unlimited staff?
Yes, with a quiet fair-use ceiling in the hundreds so nobody can mint accounts to game the shared ban list. If a real team ever meets it we lift it — there is no bigger plan to sell you.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Records, reports and logs export from the panel, and you can delete a server and everything attached to it whenever you like.
Who takes the payment?
Stripe. We never see your card details, and you can manage or cancel the subscription from the panel at any time.
