Guildbase whitelist applications, straight onto your allow list

Guildbase

Guildbase runs your whitelist and staff applications. Connect it to FiveStaff and accepting an application puts the applicant on your server’s allow list straight away, so they can join without anybody copying a licence or a Discord ID across by hand.

What FiveStaff reads

  • Who is already on your allow list, so Guildbase can tell you whether an applicant is in

What staff can change

  • Adds an accepted applicant to your allow list, with a reason and an optional end date
  • Takes somebody off the allow list again, if you allow it

Every one of these goes through the same pipeline as a ban: permission-checked and written to the audit log with what it was before. Item, money, job and vehicle edits can be put back in one press from the player’s profile.

That is all it can do

Guildbase cannot ban, warn or see your players’ records, and it cannot change anything else about your server. You choose what it may do when you connect it, and can take any of it away later.

Every change says it was Guildbase

Each person it adds or removes is written to your audit log as done by Guildbase rather than by a member of staff, so an accepted application is never mistaken for a manual change.

One connection per form

A whitelist application, a staff application and a gang application can each be connected on their own, and each shows as its own connection with the form’s name beside it.

Coming next: the application on their record

Seeing the application that let somebody in, beside the record they have built since, is on the way. Until then, the allow list entry’s reason says which application it was.
